Over four years of creating immersive experiences for Sky, we’ve been taking over Earls Court Studios at Goodwood Revival Festival to plunge audiences into unforgettable retro filmset experiences.
The Challenge:Help Sky demonstrate their brand's presence at the heart of British film.
The Idea:Inspire human interaction and unbridled joy through unique, physical, and shared film experiences.
By pulling on the power of nostalgia in a uniquely modern way, we blend engagement with entertainment to create high drama and huge fun.
The Solution:Within this converted warehouse, guests join ‘live’ filming of an authentic post-war song and dance production, within a lifelike 'on-set' atmosphere, as real movie scenes are acted out before a retro camera, lighting and sound crew.
The visiting audience find themselves as extras in true-to-life film-making experiences, mingling with actors and becoming part of a show within a show.

Beyond the brief
To infuse depth into every character, a comprehensive backstory was meticulously crafted, ensuring that even during moments away from the set, the actors continue to embody the traits and behaviours characteristic of their respective roles.
Incorporating dynamic immersive elements into the narrative, the story was designed to allow guests to transcend the traditional role of observers and actively engage in the experience. Actors, in turn, invited guests to assume an active and participatory role within the unfolding events.
