    What Will You Be Doing

     

    Administrative Coordination:

    ·        Manage event schedules, including creating and distributing event agendas and timelines.

    ·        Handle flight/visa and accommodation

    ·        Prepare and distribute event materials, such as name badges, programs, and help guides.

     

    Translation Assistance:

    ·        Aiding in translation of documents and communications between Arabic and English.

     

    Communication and Documentation:

    ·        Maintain and update event documents, including contact lists, schedules, and contracts.

    ·        Adding information onto SharePoint

    ·        Draft and send communications, such as emails, meeting notes, and reminders, to team members and attendees.

     

    Meeting and Scheduling Support:

    ·        Schedule and organise pre-event meetings, rehearsals, and briefing sessions or content in this case

    ·        Document meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up on assigned tasks.

     

    Logistics and Resource Management:

    ·        Coordinate logistics like catering, transportation, and accommodation for staff or guests.

    ·        Ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available on-site.

    Financial Administration:

    ·        Track expenses and assist in budget management.

    Event Support:

    Post-Event Activities:

    Skills, Experience & Attributes Required

    ·        Must be an Arabic speaking Saudi National

    JOB ROLE: Senior Project Lead

    HOURS: Mon to Fri 8:30 – 5:30

    LOCATION:

    ·       HQ in Chichester (PO20 7PL)

     

    The Role

    Project Delivery Functions that this role is responsible for:

    ·       From receipt of brief from Commercial team, formulate a response for delivering the project.

    ·       Deliver projects by running onsite operations and managing teams as needed.

    ·       Develop the project budget, timeline and agree supply chain.

    ·       Lead the client communications across the lifecycle of the project, supported by our Commercial team where relevant.

    ·       Build relationships with suppliers and freelancers to widen our talent pool and drive efficiencies.

    ·       Own and manage all logistical requirements for successful project delivery, and drive efficiencies where possible across projects.

    ·       Ensure all H&S documentation is in order and adhered to, working alongside our H&S partners.

    ·       Deliver against our sustainability goals and look to embed these within project scope and look to action change with clients as we do so.

    ·       Ensure all internal systems are up to date to add value to reporting. WFM/Rentman.

    ·       Joint & sole attendance to project meetings and client pitches as required.

    ·       Collate and share actions and updates within the department and wider teams through regular status meetings.

    JOB ROLE: Client Services Manager

    HOURS: Mon to Fri 8:30 – 5:30

    LOCATION:

    The Role

    Areas of Focus:

    ·       Develop our business within all our existing clients.

    ·       Own all communications with our client, ensuring that each project has a clear pathway and

    ·       can be delivered by the wider teams.

    ·       Visible, accurate and constant updates on commercial performance of Accounts 

    ·       Strong, clear, and detailed client communications, held and managed within our CRM. 

    ·       Management of Junior team members

    Sales Functions that this role is responsible for:

    ·       Support the Commercial Director, & Head of Client Service to build and develop account plans

    ·       for existing key clients.

    ·       Lead on key client accounts and develop strategies to further our level of business within them

    Operational Function support:
