JOB ROLE: Contracts and Commercial Manager

The Role
Contract Management
· Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related activities, ensuring a centralised and standardised approach for our exciting projects.
· Review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts to mitigate risks and optimise terms.
· Collaborate with the legal team to draft, finalise, and sign agreements in a timely and compliant manner.
· Maintain a repository of contracts, ensuring accurate tracking, timely renewals, and compliance.
Commercial Strategy Development
· Develop and implement a clear commercial strategy across client accounts, ensuring alignment with our business goals.
· Lead the creation and management of rate cards, pricing formats, and pricing strategies to enhance profitability.
· Establish commercial objectives and KPIs to measure success and drive improvements.
Risk Management and Opportunity Assessment
· Identify and assess risks within commercial agreements, developing strategies to mitigate these effectively.
· Proactively seek opportunities to develop long-term agreements that foster client satisfaction and business growth.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication

Experience Wishlist

· Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with business objectives.

The Role
The Head of Agency Growth will lead the agency’s marketing and growth strategy, driving sustainable business growth globally while delivering on short-term targets. This role encompasses marketing leadership, overseeing efforts to increase leads, awareness, and recognition, as well as managing the RFP and pitching process with a dedicated team. In collaboration with the Head of Business Development, they will share responsibilities in evolving the agency’s service offerings, identifying growth opportunities, and refining the agency’s positioning for long-term success. They will also focus on forging strategic partnerships, staying ahead of industry trends, and optimizing pricing models to drive incremental revenue and long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:Marketing Leadership:
· Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy to achieve key business objectives.
· Drive lead generation, awareness, and industry recognition through targeted campaigns and content.
· Oversee the agency's thought leadership plan, including content creation, publication schedules, and distribution.
· Manage the marketing budget and develop tailored collateral for entry into new markets.
New Business Development:
· Oversee the RFP and pitching process, ensuring a high win rate while streamlining internal resource allocation.
· Work with the new business team to achieve annual growth targets across key global markets.
