What You Will Be Doing
• Data entry & maintenance of the Company’s financial management system.
• Management of the finance email inbox.
• Produce quotations for add-on customer requirements e.g. additional work etc
• Process customer invoicing to ensure accuracy against customer POs and quotes.
• Process supplier invoicing to ensure accuracy against POs and quotes. And cross-references balances against monthly statements.
• Respond to supplier comms regarding queries and payments.
• Manage bank activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card statements.
• Process staff expenses in line with the expense policy. Advise on allowable claims.
• Review and file monthly and quarterly statutory tax returns with the Company accountants.
• Compile weekly supplier payment runs in-line with payment terms.
• Prepare financial and statistical Company reports as required.

JOB ROLE: Senior Project Lead

The Role
Project Delivery Functions that this role is responsible for:
· From receipt of brief from Commercial team, formulate a response for delivering the project.
· Deliver projects by running onsite operations and managing teams as needed.
· Develop the project budget, timeline and agree supply chain.
· Lead the client communications across the lifecycle of the project, supported by our Commercial team where relevant.

The Role
We are excited to offer a brand-new opportunity for an experienced HR Partner to pioneer and shape this function at Collaborate Global. Our people are our greatest asset, and in this role, you will play a key part in fostering a positive employee experience, enhancing engagement, and maintaining our high retention rate. As a growing agency, this role provides a unique chance to make a lasting impact while evolving with the business. Initially, the position will involve some administrative responsibilities, but we’re looking for someone with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude who can help drive the HR strategy forward and grow the role along with the company. Supporting the Team
· Build effective relationships with all people managers so that they see you as a trusted partner who supports them in effectively managing and developing their people.
