The Open Table is a Collaborate-owned event that brings together leaders within the experiential industry.

Our inaugural event kicked off with eBay, Ford, Vita Coco, Ascot, Goodwood, and other revered brands breaking down the topic of achieving IRL success in a digitally-obsessed world.

The Challenge:

Create an event that allows for both challenging conversations and high-level networking.

The Idea:

Focus on the flow of the event: exceptional hospitality and curated conversations.

The Solution:

Upon signing up, guests shared their expectations for the event, including their frustration points around the topic and their favourite cocktails.

Personalisation was integral to the event. Unlike a typical panel discussion, all talking points were openly addressed at The Open Table.

Personalisation ran throughout the event, from cocktails named after guests to branding touchpoints from start to finish.
